Meet Mariah, our newest Roka Studios model rep from Green Mountain High School. Mariah previously did her model session back in March, which in Colorado means weather can change on a dime. Well, it did and the weather decided to snow on that day for our senior session. We decided to play in the snow and got some amazing shots of her in the snow and in her prom dress. Even though we captured a lot of great images of Mariah, I still wanted a little more without snowflakes all in her face. We rescheduled her session three times hoping for better weather. Every time the day of her session came, a spring winter storm would come through and we would have to cancel. I was getting ready to nickname her Elsa from Frozen. Finally the fourth date we set, we had great weather for her senior session.

Mariah will be heading to England this summer for a school trip and also be looking for a boy named Zane. You see, Mariah is a HUGE One Direction fan and Zane is her favorite. Talking to her about her trip, she already found out that the boys will be touring and will not be in England while she is there. She is going to hit up one of their favorite restaurants while she is there. Traveling over seas and seeing other countries is something I recommend to everyone. It’s an experience you will never forget and seeing all the historic places in so inspiring. I am so happy for Mariah to have this experience.
