Boulder senior photos

We photograph seniors from all over the Denver metro area, we also photograph senior sessions on location all over Denver. In this case we photographed Jacquelyn in Boulder, Colorado for her senior photos.  We love referrals and Jacquelyn was referred to us by Dani and her mom, who I just blogged about her Denver urban senior photos. Dani and her mom referred us before they even saw their senior photos. They loved their experience so much they were spreading the love. That’s one of the greatest compliments.  Besides delivering incredible senior photos, we love to provide a great experience during your senior session.

Jacquelyn attends Sliver Creek High School in Longmont which is an area that was damaged by the historic Colorado floods we had this past fall. We photographed her session right before the floods hit Colorado.  The towns of Boulder, Longmont, and Lyons, were hit the hardest by the floods. The high school in Lyons was closed for months and the student ended up going to other high schools in Longmont. Jacquelyn and her mom organized several events to the students who were uprooted from their homes. Pizza parties, gaming socials, raising funds, food, and clothes for the seniors in Lyons. They did all this even though their basement had severe damage. So incredible to see them caring and taking care of their community while their house was damaged.

With everything going on in their lives, seeing their senior photos was put on hold for quite a long time. Of course with all the damage the town took and school closings, the yearbook photo deadline was postponed for everyone. Once they were settled back into a normal routine they were finally able to come down to our studio to view her senior photos. It’s always great to see a proud mom and dad view their child’s photos. Seeing a child’s milestone of being a senior just takes them down memory lane and disbelief how fast they have grown up. It’s such a joy to capture these milestones for a living.
